Tustin Centre, Santa Ana - is a two (2) building project consisting of an existing 200,000 SF ten story office building (1551 N Tustin - Tustin Centre I) constructed in 1991, as well as a brand new 82,042 SF four story building (1525 N Tustin - Tustin Centre II) which was completed in late 2009. The 1525 N Tustin building is a qualified LEED Gold Certified building and the 1551 N Tustin is Energy Star efficient.
The existing building exterior consists of granite aggregate concrete and high performance bronze glass. The lobby features marble, ash-paneled walls, high-coffered ceilings, and sconce lighting. The 24-hour security guard has closed-circuit cameras monitoring the ground floor and parking structure entries. A card key system provides after-hours access to the building and HVAC services. It has high speed Mitsubishi elevators and HVAC hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Cleaning is provided 5 days a week. The new building will be a Leed certified office building with efficient floor plates with abundant glass line, and a marble lobby with high ceilings. The property includes on-site property management, engineer, security, cafe, health club, and subterranean parking. Both buildings are serviced by a multi-level parking structure.
The project is in a premier location within the Central Orange County area, bounded by Los Angeles County to the north, San Diego County to the south and the Pacific Coast to the west.
